BASES SORTEO LATIN AMERICAN COATINGS SHOW 2026

Participants

The promotion is open to registered attendees and exhibitors of the Latin American Coatings Show 2026 event who are natural persons, of legal age, Mexican nationals, and who comply with the conditions established in these Official Rules. The following persons are not eligible to participate:

  • The President of ANAFAPYT.
  • The ANAFAPYT Accountant.
  • ANAFAPYT employees.

Participation Mechanics

The purpose of this giveaway is to promote the exhibition, networking, and business development services offered by the event.

All registered attendees and exhibitors who are natural persons and at least 18 years of age may participate. The event will take place on July 21, 22, and 23, 2026, in Halls A and B of Centro Banamex.

Coupon booklets will be distributed together with the event access badge, whether the participant is registered as an attendee or exhibitor.

For exhibitors, badges and coupon booklets will be distributed at the offices of the National Association of Paint and Ink Manufacturers (ANAFAPYT), located at Homero 1425, 5th Floor, Suite 504, Polanco V Sección, ZIP Code 11560, Mexico City, Mexico, on July 15 and 16, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

For exhibitors who do not collect their badges and coupon booklets at the aforementioned offices, distribution may be carried out at the exhibition registration area located at the exterior entrance of Hall A at Centro Banamex on July 20 and 21, 2026.

Attendee badges and coupon booklets will be distributed at the exhibition registration area located at the exterior entrance of Hall A at Centro Banamex on July 21, 22, and 23, 2026, during the official event hours.

Upon receiving the event access badge, each participant will be provided with one (1) coupon booklet containing three (3) tickets, corresponding to each day of the event.

The tickets will be identified as follows:

  • Blue Ticket: corresponding to the drawing to be held on July 21, 2026.
  • Green Ticket: corresponding to the drawing to be held on July 22, 2026.
  • Pink Ticket: corresponding to the drawing to be held on July 23, 2026.

The coupon booklets will be consecutively numbered from 00001 to 15000, with the same serial number appearing on all three tickets contained in each booklet.

To participate in the drawing, participants must:

  • Legibly complete the ticket corresponding to the drawing date with the following information: full name, email address, and contact telephone number.
  • Personally deposit the ticket into the ballot box designated for the drawing corresponding to the date indicated on the ticket.
  • Be duly registered and accredited as an attendee or exhibitor of the event at the time of participation.

The following prizes will be awarded during the promotional period:

  • July 21, 2026: One Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max, 512 GB mobile phone.
  • July 22, 2026: Four Sony ULT Tower 10 speakers.
  • July 23, 2026: One Nissan March Advance TM, Model Year 2026 automobile.

The consolidation of participating tickets consists of collecting and placing the stubs of all participating tickets into the official drawing drum prior to the conduct of each drawing. This procedure shall be carried out in the presence of the Inspector appointed by the Mexican Ministry of the Interior (Secretaría de Gobernación), in accordance with the following schedule:

The drawings and the random selection of tickets deposited in the corresponding drawing drum shall be conducted in the presence of the Inspector appointed by the Mexican Ministry of the Interior (Secretaría de Gobernación), as follows:

Tickets will be drawn successively, and the holders of the third, fourth, fifth, and sixth tickets drawn shall each be declared winners of one Sony ULT Tower 10 speaker.
  • Drawing of July 23, 2026, at 4:00 p.m., in Halls A and B of Centro Banamex, specifically at booths 23, 24, 25, and 26 located on Aisle 17, at Av. del Conscripto No. 311, Col. Lomas de Sotelo, Miguel Hidalgo Borough, ZIP Code 11610, Mexico City, Mexico. Tickets will be drawn successively, and the holder of the third ticket drawn shall be declared the winner of the 2026 Nissan March Advance TM automobile.

General Provisions:

  • Each ticket may only participate in the drawing corresponding to its assigned date and color.
  • Tickets must be deposited before 3:00 p.m. on the corresponding drawing date, at which time participation will close and all eligible tickets will be consolidated.
  • Tickets shall remain secured in sealed ballot boxes until the time of the corresponding drawing.
  • Participants who do not attend the event on any of the specified dates shall forfeit their right to participate in the drawing corresponding to that date.
  • Each participant may win only one (1) prize throughout the entire promotional period.
  • By participating, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by any determinations lawfully issued by the organizer and the competent authorities.

Tickets drawn prior to the winning ticket(s) and not designated as winners shall be considered elimination tickets only and shall not be entitled to any prize.

The appointed Inspector shall verify that the winning tickets contain a legible full name, email address, and telephone number, and that they correspond to the applicable drawing date.

Once the winning tickets have been validated, the corresponding ticket numbers and names shall be publicly announced, and the official record of the drawing shall be prepared in the presence of the Inspector appointed by the Mexican Ministry of the Interior (Secretaría de Gobernación).

Participation Conditions

Participation is free of charge and is not conditioned upon the purchase of any product or service. Participation is open exclusively to attendees and exhibitors duly registered for the event.

Publication of Results

The names of the winners shall be publicly announced during the event on the same day each drawing is conducted and shall subsequently be published as follows:

Prize Delivery

The prizes consisting of the Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max (512 GB) mobile phone and the four Sony ULT Tower 10 speakers shall be awarded on the same day as the corresponding drawing within the premises of the Latin American Coatings Show 2026 event.

The 2026 Nissan March Advance TM automobile shall be delivered within twenty (20) business days following the date of the corresponding drawing, subject to prior coordination with the winner regarding the delivery logistics, date, and location.

If any winner is not present at the time the drawing is conducted, the prize may be claimed within twenty (20) business days following the date of the corresponding drawing at the offices of the National Association of Paint and Ink Manufacturers (ANAFAPYT), located at Homero 1425, 5th Floor, Suite 504, Polanco V Sección, ZIP Code 11560, Mexico City, Mexico, on business days between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., and between 2:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.

If the prize is not claimed within the aforementioned period, it shall be deemed an unclaimed prize and shall be made available to the Mexican Ministry of the Interior (Secretaría de Gobernación) in accordance with applicable law.
